From blue to black. Before, during and after of a recent refinish on the top of a PRS
Don't see these every day. A genuine 1963 Strat in for a refret.
The latest custom build. Swamp Ash body with a Flame Maple cap. Birdseye Maple neck and some gold bits for good measure.
My favourite part of the job. Final assembly of the latest custom build.
Here's an early 90's American Standard that the customer wants restored to it original condition. First job is to remove the tinted lacquer from the neck to reveal the logo in its proper colour.

After spraying the clear coat on these, I shipped them out to Florida last week. The carrier emailed Friday to say that the recipient hadn't been in touch to pay the import duties. I explained that due to the imminent hurricane most of south Florida had been evacuated and the customer would be in touch when possible. They emailed again this morning saying the same thing as if the aftermath was a quick sweep up operation before lunch~! On a scale of 1-10, how should I rate the carrier, where 1 is good and 10 is total retard? That aside, hope you're safe out there Lee and haven't suffered too much damage. ... See more
